ISO 22301 is a recognized international standard for best practice in business continuity management systems (BCMS) within any organization. This course will prepare you to plan and execute audits of Business Continuity Management systems in line with the international standard ISO 22301.
This Five day program you will learn about the key concepts of business continuity, understand the benefits of a business continuity management system and become familiar with the requirements of ISO 22301.You will learn the best international practice framework for identifying potential threats, evaluating their impact and developing capability to minimize the impact of disruption. Delegates will learn auditing techniques and process as per the standards.

• Plan, prepare and execute internal audit for ISO 23001 through document review using Auditing Standard ISO 19011:2011 requirements
