Course Features

This intensive training course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing a food safety management system (FSMS) based on ISO 22000:2018. Participants will understand ISO 22000:2018 and its application based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), by identifying emerging supply chain risks and managing food safety within your organization in a systematic manner.

The course includes a series of presentations, Examples, Exercises involving group activities, Brain Storming, Case Studies, Readings and Sharing of Practical Experiences.
•  Introduction to Environmental Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
•  Planning the implementation of an FSMS based on international standard
•  Implementing an FSMS based on Standard
•  Control, monitor and measure an FSMS and the certification audit of the FSMS in accordance with international standard
•  Exclusive access to trainer for after ISO TRAINING query clarification
•  In-house certification exam on the last day of the ISO TRAINING
•  Prepares participants to take and pass the ISO 22000 LI Certification examination successfully.

Pre-Requisites

Course delegates should have some knowledge of the principles of Food & Safety Management Systems and the content and purpose of the ISO 22000 series of standards.
