This Two days training delegate will learn to control the different hazard in an organization. You would understand the new process and procedure that to be put into action so that you can improve the efficiency of your organization. This course will also give you the skills and techniques to measure the effectiveness of your food safety management system through audit including HACCP and in line with ISO 19011:2002.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course you will be able to:
•  To develop skills for conducting internal audits of ISO 22000:2018 Food and Safety Management System;

Pre-Requisites

Course delegates should have some knowledge of the principles of Food & Safety Management Assurance and the content and purpose of the ISO 22000 series of standards or experience is required.
